Tournament Information

Youth Team Tournament Dates:
August 31, September 1 and 2nd, 2012

Co-Ed Tournament Dates:
August 25-26th, 2012

Deadlines: Entries must be postmarked by July 15, 2012 for original rosters, fees, and all player waivers.
Roster changes must be postmarked by August 1, 2012 and may incur additional charges of $25 per occurrence per team.

Divisions:
Girls - Entering 2nd Grade through 12th Grade
Boys - Entering 2nd Grade through 12th Grade
*Depending on participation, upper and lower divisions will be held.

Co-Ed Divisions:
Entering 5th/6th
Entering 7th/8th
Entering 9th/10th
Entering 11th/12th

Quick Tournament Info:
Tournament will be held at various gyms located in the San Gabriel Valley.
A dance for 7th through 12th grades, Date TBD
All teams will be guaranteed 3 games.
All Prep level games will be two 20 minute semi-stop halves.
Awards are limited to a maximum of 10 per team.
Entry Fee is $395 per team (2nd through 8th grade, and Co-Ed) / $425 for all Prep teams.
Each team is responsible for their own insurance coverage.

Qualifications:
Regular season rosters preferred. Any player added to a regular season roster must be of Asian decent. Added players must be approved by the Division Coordinator, but may be superseded by the Tournament Committee. The Tournament Committee has the right to place teams in a higher division if appropriate, or disallow teams and/or players from participation in the tournament.
