The Pasadena Japanese Athletic Association/Pasadena Bruins is pleased to invite your team to the 5th Annual Crown City Classic Invitational Basketball Tournament. We will have divisions for boys and girls entering 2nd thru 12th. grade. We also will have a Co-Ed division for 7th through 12th grades.

Youth Team Tournament Dates:
August 22, 23 and 24, 2008

Co-Ed / Tournament Dates:
August 19, 20 and 21, 2008

Entry Fee:
$350.00 per team for 2nd thru 8th grade, and Co-Ed
$375.00 per team for all Prep levels.

Deadlines:
Entry- July 15, 2008 for original rosters, fees, and all player’s waivers (Roster changes may incur additional charge of $25.00 per occurrence per team)

Roster Changes must be postmarked by - August 1, 2008 .

Divisions:
Girls- Entering 2nd. Grade thru 12th. Grade
Boys- Entering 2nd. Grade thru 12th. Grade

                Depending on participation, upper and lower divisions will be held.

Co-Ed Divisions:
Entering 7th/8th
Entering 9th/10th. See Co-Ed Division Rules
Entering 11th/12th

Qualifications:

Regular season rosters preferred. Any player added to regular season roster must be of Asian decent. Added players must be approved by the Division Coordinator but maybe superseded by the Tournament Committee. The Tournament Committee has the right to place teams in higher division if appropriate or disallow teams and/or players from participation in tournament.

Quick Tournament Info:
Various gyms located in the San Gabriel Valley
Dance for 7th through 12th grades, Saturday, August 23
All teams will be guaranteed 3 games.
All Prep level games will be four 8 minutes stop time quarters.
Awards limited to a maximum of 10 per team.
Each team is responsible for their own insurance coverage.

Lodging/Dance Info:
 Information regarding hotel and dance/social will be sent to you upon acceptance.
